Terms

Payment:
We accept paypal only. We do not accept credit cards, money orders or cheques. When making payment please check that you have considered any and all applicable taxes. Your item will not ship unless payment is made in full including any applicable tax. U.S. customers will pay no tax, Canadian residents must pay 5% GST and Ontario residents must pay 8% PST in addition to the 5% GST. Payment must be made in full within 7 days, any longer will result in an unpaid item dispute to resolve the outstanding payment. e-checks via Paypal are accepted however your item will not ship until payment has cleared. If an e-check declines we reserve the right to cancel the e-check and request a different payment method or to cancel the transaction outright. We reserve the right to refund any transactions that appear questionable or fraudulant in nature, or does not meet our terms as laid out herein.

Shipping:
We ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally. Your item will typically ship within 2 business days. We will notify you of any delays in shipping your package. All shipping totals include handling unless otherwise stated. If the shipping total does not calculate, please request a shipping quote before making your purchase. When you commit to buy an item you are entering into an agreement with us, the seller, and commiting to any and all applicable taxes and shipping charges. It is important to understand these charges before commiting to buy an item. Shipping charges are not refundable once the item has shipped, and shipping and handling is not included in the money back guarantee.

Your item will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority Courier. While these shipping services are not the cheapest they are the most secure as they ship with insurance and a tracking number. This allows us to track a package and should it be lost a claim settlement can be made. In some situations, cheaper services can be offered however these do not typically include insurance or tracking numbers, and you will need to contact us to obtain a quote. If these services are avaiable for your particular item, you will be soley responsible for any lost or damaged package. We assume no responsibility or liability for your item in any way should you choose to ship using one of these shipping options. We will package your item(s) securely and properly. We will ship to a confirmed paypal address only, please do not bid or buy if you do not have a confirmed address on file.

We cannot be held responsible for ebay's or any other third party's errors and omissions. We will work our hardest to ensure accurate shipping and handling rates, however should situations arise where the quoted rate is inaccurate due to an ebay or other party's error or omission, then we reserve the right to contact you with the correct shipping rate including handling, and allow you to pay the difference or request a refund of the transaction.

When paying by e-check, your item will not ship until the funds clear. Please understand that this can take a very long time in some situations.

U.S. and International buyers should note the following:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding and/or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations strictly prohibit such behaviour.

Warranty:
Our warranties are as stated in the listings. We offfer a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased. This guarantee does not extend to items which are sold as is or untested and will be stated in their respective listings. This guarantee also does not apply to any shipping and handling charges. You, the customer are responsible for return shipping. You must contact us within the warranty period should you have any problems with your item. Physical damage is not covered by any warranty. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing, and any item found not to be faulty will be sent back to you the customer at your expense. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund any item that has been verified to be defective, and in the event of stock shortages, substitute an equal or equivalent brand, make or model. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your item, please send an email with the item description and detail the problem to our RMA department. We will review and issue an RMA number at our discretion. You may be asked to troubleshoot or test the item in different or specific ways to discern whether the problem lies with the item or another component and/or device attached to it. If applicable you must follow these steps in order to obtain an RMA number. Once these steps have been followed to our satisfaction and we have deemed there to be a problem with the item we will proceed with the return procedure. It is important to follow our advice as the problem may lie elsewhere and you will pay further unecessary shipping charges. This is to benefit you. Please read the About us page to learn of our experience in these matters.

We make every effort to provide 100% accurate information, specifications are provided for you, the consumer, by the manufacturer, and we can make no claim as to their accuracy. The consumer is urged to verify that the part is indeed the correct one needed for his/her application or solution.

Pothast Technologies, the seller, assumes no liability for any item sold as is, for parts, without a guarantee or warranty or tied to a service contract, rental agreement, lease or otherwise. It is the customers responsibility to research the product and determine that the item is suitable for his or her needs. The seller does not assume any liability for any amount of money owing on equipment that is tied to a service contract, rental agreement, lease or otherwise. Upon request, the seller will provide information about the item in order that the customer can complete the necessary research to his or her satisfaction. The seller is not responsible for ommisions by the service provider or manufacturer of these items nor will the seller assume liability for services provided by the manufacturer or service provider. By purchasing these items you the customer are agreeing to these terms and are assuming full responsibility for these items and are subject to any and all charges resulting from ownership of these items. The seller does not assume, or authorize any other person to assume on the behalf of the seller, any liability in connection with the sale of the item. For items sold as-is, the seller expressly disclaims all warranties whether express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The above disclaimer of warranties does not, in any way, affect the terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the item.
